What information do we collect?
On the general informational side of our website, we gather certain information through Google Analytics and/or other measurement tools that allow us to measure what information is being viewed most and least overall on our website by visitors. For instance, we can see that X number of people may have visited a particular article we posted online, we can see whether those visitors arrived to the website via a link on another website, via a search engine, or directly, and we can see how long the average viewers are staying on a particular page. Google Analytics is a tool widely used by website administrators to get an accurate picture of their website’s comprehensive usage. We use the data to periodically adjust our website to make it more effective and user friendly for our clients. Visit the Google Analytics website if you would like to know more about the tool.
When using one of our online contact forms, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. These are gathered for the purpose of responding to you. We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties. The only exception is if ordered to do so by an authorized court or law enforcement body in the United States.
On the private login side or our website, we create a username for you based on information provided by your employer. We create a password for you and from there you may submit your PAPs and/or complete make-up assignments. The login for the system is not as secure as the login system of a financial institution. KC&A has no expectation that the system will be compromised, but a user should nonetheless use reasonable caution by not submitting highly confidential information through the system.

How do we protect your information?
Our website is hosted with a highly reliable hosting service (RackSpace) and we take appropriate reasonable measures to ensure that our website files are never compromised.
Our website does not offer storage of financial data, nor other private data such as social security numbers. As a user of this website you must NOT submit financial data (such as credit card info) or other private data (such as social security numbers) through any of our online forms.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. Information is only shared between KC&A, our clients, and our client employees. The only exception is if information is ordered demanded by an authorized court or law enforcement agency of the United States.

We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
