Delcia served as intern for KC&A in 2022 during her second year as a graduate student at Angelo State University, while pursuing a Masters of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology with minors in Business Administration and Public Health.
