As a KC&A associate you will:

  • Partner with diverse clients across industries to understand their unique business and culture opportunities.
  • Design and deliver impactful programs based on adult learning principles and cutting-edge methodologies.
  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences that foster collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Coach individuals and teams to achieve their professional goals and unlock their leadership potential.
  • Design/deliver employee engagement surveys and conduct data analysis to measure program effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
  • Stay at the forefront of the professional development industry through continuous learning and development.

Who You Are:

  • An expert facilitator who creates engaging and interactive learning environments and who has a deep understanding of adult learning principles.
  • A resourceful and creative problem solver who can partner with our clients to design and implement customized solutions.
  • A self-driven leader who consistently meets deadlines and obligations, leads by example and accepts

accountability for actions.

  • A self-motivated and independent learner with a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Desire to be part of a cohesive and dynamic team, work remotely and travel to client locations (80% travel)

We are also looking for:

· A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, industrial and organizational psychology or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.

· A minimum of ten years’ experience in human development, organizational leadership or business management is preferred.

· Or equivalent combination of degree and experience.
