The Code

As a young man, George Washington settled on 110 Rules of Civility and Decent Behavior which he followed throughout his life. Number six is as follows: Sleep not when others speak, sit not when others stand, speak not when you should hold your peace, walk not when others stop. Leaders know what Washington knew; civil behavior raises the bar for a team through a good example.
